A Morning Jog

For me just one of the greatest habits you can get into in your life is jogging in the morning. It might not be easy at first, but once you get in the habit of jogging in the morning, you will be very likely to stick with it for a lifetime.  Don’t get me wrong, jogging every day is extremely beneficial no matter what time you do it. But doing it in the morning is much better in my opinion.

So I went out jogging yesterday morning. “It was cold, and it started to rain. I ran anyway, enjoying the fresh mountain breeze at South Peak, Laguna.” I’ve been doing these for 3 weeks now and i learned that while you jog, you get time to think about life’s problems and you are able to run them over with aplomb. If you have a problem which has been there for some time, then you should attempt distance running. Along with the other benefit, jogging is able to train the mind better. As you are come across hurdles upon hurdles you learn to focus and become more and more determined. Not only will your body gain physical strength but you will also gain mental endurance. I know what you’re thinking, “No way! That’s just not me.” Well, it can be you! And it’s much easier than you think. To cut the story short…

On the way back I was rewarded by a lovely sunrise.
